Low start. A sharp but good right hand pocket and a small left hand enable you to pull hard and get off the deck. Make a few burly moves to get your feet up and then cruise to the top. 

On the right side of the glass onion, look for a pocket about waist high. Put your right hand in it. If it feels a bit sharp, you've found it.
