Woodland Walk

FA Grant Eaton
CREATED May 2023
UPDATED May 2023

Description

Start on the two holds in the picture, do a few difficult moves up some small crimps, then the holds get really good and the problem is over. If its rained recently, look out for some gross holds at the top, the cracks can have water/mud in them... pretty gross stuff. Bring chalk. Top out or just come down when you hit the limestone at the top.

Location

On the woods wall, between pillar 7 and 8, below the 6th fence section, look for a big jutting out rock with lots of sloped, smooth concrete on top of it, as pictured in the photo. (For description of how to find routes/ problems on this wall, take a look at the photos of Eden Park, then take a look at the "Woods Wall" or "West Wall")

Protection

Bouldering pads.
