Start sitting on the rock, squeezing the obvious feature.  Squeeze your way up and top out.  A good spotter is key.

Lowest left corner of the prominent talus field above the Dumpster Boulder.  The problem faces downhill.

More pads is better. There are possibilities for a bad fall. Definitely a spotter.
