Chicken Head Chuck

Dyno/deadpoint/reach to the top from the rail/crack. It's your choice how to get there but the lip has a great little chicken head type hold that makes this problem fun to the end.

It's on the uphill end of the Throne, where Iron Pickle, etc. is located.
