Sit start with a left hand sidepull edge and a perfect right hand mail slot. At that point, place a right heel hook on the arete, slap a right hand to the arete, bump it further to the lip, match the left hand and mantle/pull on top the boulder.

It climbs the west side of Motivator's north face overhang.

A pad will do. The landing is great.
