A couple of difficult  compression moves with bad feet lead to a tricky-to-navigate top.

Sit start with opposing sidepulls (right hand on the arete and left hand on a sloping edge) and a right heel hook, Do some powerful moves to get to the friendly incuts that take you to the top.
