Climb the left facing sawtooth corner/flake. Use the flake and whatever the faces allow.

Left facing corner/flake directly left of Stomach Contents. Its the obvious sawtooth feature on the right side of the wall.

Well protected. Standard rack up to #4 size. #4 size gear not needed but helpful.
