Turtle Shell

Start with two hands on the crimpy patina, as for turtle neck. Make a single move up to the edge of the 'shell' and rock over.

As with all problems at HF (and SoCal in general), it is difficult to claim an FA definitively. If you've done this problem please let me know and I'll gladly update the info!
